How BenchBalance works
BenchBalance is built for coaches, assistants, and sideline helpers who need a fair substitution plan before the match gets loud.
What you enter
- sport format and squad size
- how many rotation blocks you want to manage
- whether fairness, stability, or late-game energy matters most
- whether one or two anchors should stay steadier
- optional player names and one short coach note
What you get back
- a named rotation plan such as Balanced fair rotation or Tight short-bench rotation
- a block-by-block bench and on-field schedule
- quick coaching cues for the opening, fairness, and bench pressure
- a copyable sideline card you can hand to an assistant or keep on your phone
What it is not
BenchBalance does not know league-specific substitution rules, medical restrictions, goalkeeper-only laws, or the emotional state of your players. It is a planning layer, not an authority.
Best use cases
- You run youth football, futsal-style, or basketball sessions with one coach and a busy sideline.
- You want minutes to feel visibly fair instead of relying on memory.
- You have one late player, one short bench, or one anchor you need to protect.
- You want a parent helper or assistant to understand the plan without a long explanation.
