BenchBalance is designed as a lightweight public planner. You do not need an account, and the public version does not ask you to store a team database.
Storage
BenchBalance does not provide user accounts or long-term roster storage in this public MVP. If you print or copy the sideline card, that action happens on your side.
Sensitive judgment
Please avoid placing sensitive medical data about minors in the optional coach note. Keep the note short and practical.
Good practice
- Use first names or role labels only when possible.
- Do not paste private health details into a public browser tool.
- Keep your own safeguarding and club communication rules above any app output.
